Our Services

The overarching theme to all our classes and services is that we apply a safe sustainable approach to fitness at CCCF. We don’t have short term goals in mind when we coach our classes. We teach our members to think about where they will be and what they will being doing when they have great grand kids. As cool as PB’s and records are, its so much more valuable to be able to function pain and restriction free as we get older.

 
  • Our daily CrossFit program is a coached group fitness class which focuses on developing lifelong health and fitness. Each class consists of a warm-up, strength and cardio elements completed within a 60-minute window.

    • $63 per week

    • $43 per week (Under 23’s)

  • Our Mums & Bubs Program takes a slow, nurturing approach to group fitness, and has been specifically designed for all types of mums from pre and post natal mums to those simply wanting to improve their health and fitness. Each class is 60 minutes long and bub friendly.

    Your investment options:

    • $43 per week (Mums program)

    • $30 per week (Pre/Post natal program)

  • Our kids classes incorporate the use of fine motor skills, hand/eye coordination, balance drills, running and fun games. This program is not used to achieve weight loss or increase strength. It is used to plant the seeds for health and fitness.

    Your investment options:

    • $30 a week

    Class times:

    Kids - 5 to 9 year olds:

    • 3.45 to 4.30 pm Wednesdays and 8.30 to 9.15 am Saturdays

    Teens - 9 to 14 year olds:

    • 3.45 pm to 4.30 pm Tuesdays and 9.15 to 10.00 am Saturdays

  • In addition to the variety of CrossFit classes across our timetable, working one-on-one with a personal trainer will help you speed up your progress and accomplish your targets sooner. The Coaches at Coffs Coast CrossFit all have their own areas of expertise and are available for consultations.
