Warm-up (No Measure)
400m plate weighted walk.
Run throughs and stretching lead by coaches.
Teams of 3
Complete the following work for time:
(30 minute time cap)
1km Farmers carry
(2 objects, KB or DB)
2km Row or 4km ride (shared)
500 double-unders or 500 skips (shared)
* Each team will get two KBs or DBs. With only one person carrying the weight, teams can swap when ever they like however the whole team have to stop and complete 40 air squats each before they can continue the 1km carry.
