    I love being in a position that allows me to educate & inspire people to think of their health and fitness as a life changing investment rather than a chore or hobby.

    I value family, friends & fitness. My wife and I train at CCCF daily. We try not to take ourselves so serious when it comes to our training and we aim to instil these same values into our son Jude.

    I have a desire to help further humanity by helping the community achieve goals across all aspects of life, inspiring people from different walks to become better humans.

    Myself, my wife Bec and our beautiful 4 kids, enjoy camping, walks on the beach, and fitness.

    HEAD COACH & MANAGER

    I have a strong desire to help people find the best version of themselves using a holistic approach.

    That approach might look different for each individual and at CCCF we try to find out and connect with you on a personal level. To really get to know who you are, so we can assist you on your own unique journey towards self improvement and ultimately, so you can live a healthy fulfilled life.

    For myself that is prioritising the important things such as my own mental and physical health, my family and my friends. My wife and I moved to Coffs Harbour in 2018 and have found a home here. We love all things coastal life. Hanging with loved ones, beautiful weather and of course great coffee.

    COACH & MEMBERS LIASON

    I love coaching people to get the best out of themselves when they attend my classes. I try to be as empathetic to peoples needs and make them as comfortable as they can be, at the same time getting them the best workout for them on any given day.

    Being safe, getting a sweat on and leaving with a smile are the keys for anyone in my classes. When I'm not at the gym I'm hanging out with my currently pregnant wife Helen and my two kids Willow and Ziggy.

    I love my friends and watching/playing sport including oztag and rugby league.

    MUMS PROGRAM MANAGER

    I am incredibly passionate about helping people move in a way that they enjoy and helping them to understand how to get the most out of their training. I specialise in working with Women & Mums, ultimately working to build their strength and confidence to improve their quality of life.

    My partner and I moved to Coffs from Adelaide in 2014 and are stoked to have called it home since. We became parents at the end of 2020 and love exploring the local beaches and nature walks together. I enjoy a mixture of Crossfit and Muay Thai for my own training.

    Certificate 4 in Fitness, Foundation Training certificate, Boxing certificate, Pre & Post Natal Fitness certificate, Strength System Level 1 (currently studying)

    As a coach I love being able to have a positive impact on members day to day lives.

    Nothing excites me more then seeing individuals from all walks of life better themselves in and out of the gym, whether it be teaching kids a new skill for the first time and watching them grow or helping someone improve their health & fitness for a better quality of life.

    I love to exercise and when I'm not in the gym you will find me out training for various half marathons or triathlons that I like participating in, patrolling the beach at my local surfclub or cooking good food.

    ASCA Level 2 (currently completing), ASCA Level 1, Bachelor of sport and exercise science, Accredited sports nutritionist, CrossFit Level 1

    I love training and self improvement. I love crossfit and learning. The best part of crossfit is training with others and pushing each other to get better. If you see me in the gym don’t be afraid to say hello I don’t bite. Anymore.
