CrossFit is a proven pathway to accomplish any health, wellbeing and fitness goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for many years. 

The magic is in the movement. CrossFit workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each person achieve their goals. The workouts can be adapted for people of any age and level of fitness. CrossFit uses safe, effective and efficient movements similar to those you use in everyday life. Intensity levels are adjusted to challenge the individual and safely improve fitness.

What makes Coffs Coast CrossFit unique?

We refer to ourselves as CCCF or Fit-Fam. We like to fight back against the stigma that CrossFit has found itself to have achieved. We run a tight ship at CCCF. We do this because we want to completely eliminate all CrossFit-related injuries within our control and from within our gym. We spend numerous hours every week developing and testing our community’s daily sessions to achieve our Number 1 business goal: Safe, sustainable and effective programming.

Professional Coaching

One of CCCF business values is to build a coaches role into his/her career. We believe that by having full/part-time staff working the roster allows for our coaches to purely dedicate their focus and passion on providing the best product we can. Our coaches aren’t just involved in the classes you see them at, they also spend endless hours improving their education, tailoring the program for the daily members, working with head coach and management to improve our overall service. We don’t just hire of long detailed resume’s, we also like to know that our staff have integrity and make a good community citizen. We can give them the tools they need to be a great coach but the limiting factor lies with being a happy humble human.

Class Breakdown

All our classes include a warmup and tutorial of what’s involved in the class. Coaches always take the time to break down each movement and demonstrate key points of the exercises being used in that class. Generally, each class includes a strength session and a workout. By the end of the week the program would have covered all body parts from the strength and many different fitness workouts ranging from short (fast) – long (slow). CrossFit does an incredible job of highlighting what it is we need to work on and that’s what keeps our members so engaged.

    Our Full-time staff are dedicated to supplying the Coffs Coast with the best CrossFit product the Coffs Coast can get its hands on. Our small, lion-hearted community put their trust in our service as we pave their future with a fitness product that increases quality of life, life expectancy and decreases risk chronic health issues.

  • Generally speaking – our classes consist of a 10-15min group warmup into; 20-25min tailored strength session, then finally to conclude the class we run a workout (WOD) that goes for the remainder of the class (60mins)

  • Our weekly membership (most popular) gives a member unlimited and full access to our gym. From class access to open gym service, where you can come in at any time and complete your own training.

  • We make signing up super easy at CCCF. Book a ‘No Sweat Intro’ here on our website. At a ‘No Sweat Intro’ we take the time to learn about your current situation and map out the steps required for you to achieve your health goals.
