We are in the fitness industry but our business is creating relationships with the focus of fitness. Our coaches meetings are always centred around creating a better service to be more valuable to our community on a personal level. Sharing content and knowledge makes up only a portion of what we try to deliver. What we find even more important is the way we treat people individually. Our coaches are extremely caring and genuine, and strive to make everyone feel welcome, appreciated and special. With this at the foundation, our coaches develop ways to deliver knowledge and content in a caring manner, creating genuine relationships with each and every member.

For those of you that have seen me run, you know why I love weightlifting. I developed my passion for weightlifting initially through Crossfit, and started training primarily in weightlifting in 2014. I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to start weightlifting coaching, and haven’t looked back.
I am a qualified Australian Weightlifting Federation Level 2 Weightlifting / Sports Power Coach, and have been primarily coaching weightlifting for Crossfitters. Outside of the gym, I am a physiotherapist at Mid North Coast Physiotherapy. I use my understanding of the musculoskeletal system to make learning weightlifting as safe as possible, and to help people develop the skills required to get strong and move well.
Weightlifting is a blend of power, speed, strength and skill. Every time you practice, you learn more – and that process never ends. That’s why I love lifting, and I love coaching it. I am excited to share my skills, knowledge and passion with you guys!

CrossFit as a methodology when delivered correctly is an undeniably effective way to increase movement functionality, health and fitness. On top of the effective methodology, it is delivered in a group environment that encourages community spirit and togetherness. With these two concepts combined it creates a safe supportive environment for athletes to work through the uncomfortable, and progress to a level that is beyond comprehension. It also provides an incredible platform for coaches to deliver powerful, easily digestible information, which has an immediate positive impact on a person’s life.
As I transitioned to CrossFit, my competitive personality encouraged me to chase excellence in all the small details. I enjoyed and continue to enjoy learning the intricacies of movement, forming an ability and desire to share my experience and knowledge through coaching.
I am fortunate enough to have been involved with five different CrossFit communities, as a coach and mentor for athletes. Being an ambitious person, I’m always seeking out ways to grow as a coach. Whether its forming relationships with like-minded people, seeking educational material, producing educational material or applying theories and methods to my own training, the one goal remains true. I’m looking to become a better version of myself and by doing so a better, more effective coach. To give back to people who are seeking guidance and help in achieving their own goals and aspirations.
