To get started
Over the years we have noticed that the joining process to a gym can be confusing and ineffective. Our team has thought long and hard about what our process wants to achieve and what is the easiest most effective way to get you started.
- You attend our beginner friendly Saturday morning class at 8am. At this class you will meet the coaches and by guided through the warmup, workout and warm down. We have designed this class to be more about the people coming for the first time and less about the members who have already joined.
- After the class you will have a quick and easy consultation with one of the coaches to highlight your goals and intensions. The coach will hand you an information pack, this will have all the answers to your questions.
- With your first months membership we give you 2, 1 hour personal training sessions for you to complete at your earliest convenience. These session are for us to equip you with the knowledge and capacity to have the confidence to train in our regular classes.
- Once completing your personal training sessions you will be on your way and have unlimited access to our busy timetable. Though you have only just started your fitness journey you will never stop learning.
