Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Coffs Coast Crossfit is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular Coffs Coast Crossfit classes.
You will learn about the correct form and basic functional CrossFit movements. You will slowly increase your level of intensity. At the time of your Personal Training is the perfect place to ask questions and gain confidence to transition into our regular classes. Attendance and participation is mandatory, so if you are unable to attend your Personal Training sessions, contact Jake on 0423872425 or James on 0434 579 772 to make an alternative time.
If you are already familiar with CrossFit methodologies and have trained in another certified location, you may be eligible for Coffs Coast Crossfit Test-Out option. We allow you to train within a normal CrossFit class to review your fitness level and knowledge of CrossFit. If you are able to demonstrate competency in CrossFit movements, you will then be eligible to become a member without completing On-Ramp. The cost for this one-hour session is $15 per person.
